Tonight Mel and I celebrated her birthday going to SAF restaurant in London – a completely vegetarian, mostly vegan restaurant that makes edible adventures. Check out these photos:  There were “cheeses” made from cultured cashews, “caviare” made from I-don’t-know’what, dehydrated samosa covers filled with finely chopped cubes of greenery…  Beetroot and herb caviar with sweet potato blinis.
