Yes, that sounds like a very fruity, abstract and mystical phrase. but I can assure you from personal experience it’s very simple and rational.

And that it has direct benefit to YOU.

I’ve decided to wear the tag of Life Architect on this site. I’ve found most people who get something from these writings are smart with sharp intellect; reasonably well off; generally happy people. They are people who Maslow would have said are looking for Esteem (esteem, achievement, respect by others, confidence). They are the people I’ve helped to reach that, and go one level beyond to love in the self-actualised zone.

There’s also a second group of customers and members here. these are people who want to be at that confidence energy level. They have one or two areas they are struggling with (like fear, anger, pride) and it dominates their day to day lives. They feel life will be better if they can calm that wild and painful emotion. (and they are right – from direct experience I know it is).

Both of these people have benefitted from the help they received from this info.
